  • I had to call the movers to schedule their arrival time. They were 30 minutes late which would’ve been fine but they did not communicate the delay. Once they arrived they were fast, friendly, and professional.

  • We booked luxury loaders on Friday afternoon. I talked with them and confined that they would show up by 2pm on Saturday. They have a morning shift and expect to finish by 1pm latest. I shared my address and they told me they would be half an hour away and would show up 2pm latest. However they showed up at 4pm. It turned out their morning job was 2 hours away from my home and they extended it through 2pm. I hope the communication is better. For example, after I shared my home address, it should be communicated that they would take 2 hours to arrive. Basically the earliest they could show up is 3pm and could be later. That being said they are good at the loading and unloading job.
