  I got a 1 hour window 48hrs before. They texted when they were 15 mins away. They came between the window provided. I never used U-Haul box before so was surprised to see how small. It was. Was very worried that everything would fit but they for everything in. (1 queen bed, 2 nightstands, armoire, dresser, floor lamp, dining table & 6 chairs) There was some furniture that they had to disassemble (dining table legs, Queen storage bed with drawers & cabinet headboard) but they were able to fit everything in & do it within 1.5 hrs.

  Not a word of English during the job. When the job was done all of sudden they understood and spoke a little English. I bought then food and drinks. I explained what I wanted and where from Googtranslate and everything was loaded wrong. Besides the couch, all of the light boxes and bags of clothes that I communicated to leave on the sidewalk was loaded so much so that there was no other room for any of the other furniture. I wanted to bring to my apartment once I got to the apartment. I just wanted to unload everything on to The driveway right outside of the truck and then go back. Do the other place and grab? What should have been put on the truck? But I was giving such an attitude that I said screw it while I was unloading the truck I was just stared at me. I did most of the work. It was an absolute waste of money. And then at the end, they had the nerve to keep asking me where their tip was and to give more, I gave a tip. I brought food I bought drinks. They got a free couch.
