  • This was the worst experience with moving help I have ever had. The one guy dragged my king mattress on the ground. When I asked him not to he dropped on the floor and refused to move it on or off the truck. I called the office and they said they would refund my money for the service I did not receive and pay for the granite table the guy broke and the dress he scratched up. It has been over two weeks and the owner refused to provide insurance company information so I could file a claim and has not yet refunded my money for service not rendered since the one guy refused to move the king bed. I picked them because the had 5 stars and were local. Absolutely a mistake. The guy also threw some of the boxes around and broke some of the dishes. I have moved over 20 times in the past 20 years and this was the worst experience.

    Thank you Gina for your Review. My company has offered to compensate you for a chipped table. Somehow the list keeps getting longer as the months go by of damages and complaints. We moved you over 2 months ago, you paid us . We are one of 8 companies that you have reviewed in the last five years requesting insurance information and claiming damages. We were a five star company offering you compensation for a table with a chip in it . Accidents happen even in very careful handling situations. We requestied a receipt , to no avail,. The communication was phenomenal and the two guys who came to help were so positive, respectful and just all around wonderful!
