Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I paid for two hours of moving help for October 31st. The helpers showed up at noon and left at 12.40. They told us our time started at 11.30 which they weren't there because the last job ran late. We were ok with them being late but I'm not ok with paying for two hours and not even getting an hour of help. They kept asking if they were done which was uncomfortable because u could see we weren't done at all. I texted the company and have tried to call with no response now.
