• I was extremely disappointed with my experience using this moving company. Throughout the process, I felt pressured into paying for an additional mover after being told that if I didn’t, very little would actually get moved. It felt less like a recommendation and more like I was being backed into a corner. I ended up adding the additional helper, but it felt weird to have to cashapp them directly instead of going through U-Haul how I initially paid for their services.  On top of that, several of my belongings were not packed or handled with care, which resulted in some items being damaged and broken during the move. Moving is already stressful enough, and I expected a much higher level of professionalism and respect for my belongings. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.
