  Booked moving help to get 2 movers more than a week prior and even confirmed on the previous day. But on the moving day only one showed up. The manager informed and told that one of his guys couldn’t come at the last moment leaving me with only a single person. The guy who did come was very sweet and cooperative. I would give him 5 stars! But because I didn’t get 2 people and I had to involve in moving it took more time than expected. The manager did pop in towards the end to lend a hand and kudos to that. He also told he could give me refund if the man hours is more than what I paid. I genuinely want to believe his guy backed out at the last minute. But since its not my fault I would rate the company 1 star. I would book with them if moving is not at the busiest of times but if its during the busy times of the month then please be wary that service could be cancelled at the last moment fully or partially.

  Very unprofessional. They thought the price paid at booking was just to show up. Once we set a time they were 1.5hrs late. Took extra $200 plus bottles and cans to complete. MULTIPLE things left behind. Told them numerous times this goes that goes. Still left behind. I move using plastic storage bins. Every bin has a top. Half left without the top. Storage unit left in complete disarray. Had let leave behind $1,000 refrigerator because they weren’t equipped to move it. Kept asking for things they wanted. Just a bad deal overall. $400 for 2 hours work. NOT HAPPY!
