  The movers were all really good guys. The were very friendly and showed up a little early.. Although they didn’t really move very quickly nor did they have good knowledge of how to stack inside the trucks. Unloaded everything very well, handled furniture with care. Only complaint would be if a friend of mine a myself had not started loading with them, everything wouldn’t have gotten done in 4 hours nor would they have gotten everything on both 26 ft uhaul trucks. Everything was previously loaded onto a 26 ft and a 20 ft. With spare room on each. Jeremy and James handled all furniture and very pleased with the care. Again, just moved a little to slow. Steven handled most boxes,with care, but he was the slowest of all 3. And definitely doesn’t know how to stack a truck to maximize its space. He also likes to stop an talk every 3 minutes. Would recommend Jeremy and James to anyone,, Steven not so much. Steven said he was the team leader for that crew. Jeremy should be team leader

  Do not hire this company. Extremely disrespectful and misogynistic towards me. Seemed to slow roll loading the truck to force me to pay for another hour of time. Was continuously rude, disrespectful, and did not treat me like a customer. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Truly made the stressful process of moving unbearable. My partner and I both were extremely upset with our experience with Just Send It. I would not recommend hiring Chris Wilson anytime soon.
