Took twice as long and cost twice as much. They don't put anything together so literally I just got my stuff into the house and some in the wrong places. I paid extra for an additional helper that proved to be a waste of money.

We work with the spirit of excellence and take pride in our work. You booked us for 4 hours expecting them to load a 26 and 20 ft truck in Pensacola then drive to Perdido and unload into a 3 story home, over 3000 sq ft. in 4 hours with 3 flights of stairs. As the movers came up with the furniture you directed them where to place the furniture. You booked for loading and unloading only not assembling. As always thank you for choosing Koss Movers LLC.
