  • The leader told me to wait to do my review until I reached my destination and my truck was unloaded to see how well of a job they did loading. He said they didn't break anything. Well I waited. There were quite a few things broken or bent and warped. Broken items are going to happen when moving especially cross country but the loading job was very shoddy. Loading took longer than we initially expected and I didn't have a problem with paying for the extra time but I was told I had to pay cash. I felt pressured and a little intimidated. I felt like I was taken advantage of. I paid way more for loading than unloading. They were not professional. Definitely do not recommend.
