They left without finishing the load, not to mention the unload for my move

The Busy B crew was great. Our appointment was for early afternoon. They kept us up to date as to their status getting to the location. Once they got here they got right to it. There was a large couch that had to go through a not large enough space. It took some extra doing and calculating, but got it into the apartment. Definitely worthy of a drink break. They then finished unloading the U-Haul within the 2 hour timeframe. Very courteous and professional. I don’t care for moving, but i would hire them again in a second. Thank you Busy B team!
