  • I did not get a call 24 hours before like I should have. I also got a call at 830am saying that he will not be able to help me move because of a (doc appt) I got a call later saying he will be able to help me move but it will be later in the evening. Overall besides the phone call. I think they did a very good job and did a good job communicating throughout the move.
