• Unbelievably rude during the time they were there. Showed up 10 minutes late and complained the entire time. Asked for an additional hour which I paid for. Then they left a half hour early before job was finished.

  It did seem pointless for you to have my guys wait around for about 30mins to wait for your Dad to show. I tried to explain that having them move things to garage instead of loading straight into truck was going to cause efficiency issues. That does add extra time and labor. I recall you wanted to have your Dad show them how to load the truck, which isn't necessary. Because of all these little things it wasn't as efficient as I would have done. We only try to do as the customer asks. Thanks and God bless.
