  • Brandon and Anthony helped me move my 1 bed, Shane was in and out. They were respectful, they packed the truck well and everything in the truck survived. However, they took constant smoke breaks on the smoke-free property, getting the attention of the property manager. They continued smoking even after being asked to stop, and took close to 2x longer than the past 3 crews I've worked with. One mover vomited twice, once in our new bathroom and once on the new apartments garden area. We had a Nintendo Switch and an iPhone go missing, packed the night before in a room the movers were instructed to leave alone. The items were taken from a sealed travel case and factory iPhone packaging. S and J Pro Movers were the only ones with access to the room unsupervised between then and the evening when we went back, in a building that required keycard access to get in. Shane did not follow up multiple days after being notified of the missing items.

  • The movers did a decent job for the small amount i had. They broke a glass table which i understand issues happen and the mover even offered to pay. I advised we wait till the end to see whatthe supervisor thought. The issue came at the end when the supervisor didnt even offer apology or to make it right. He immediately asked for the pay code then went on his way.
