Do not hire this company. Extremely disrespectful and misogynistic towards me. Seemed to slow roll loading the truck to force me to pay for another hour of time. Was continuously rude, disrespectful, and did not treat me like a customer. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Truly made the stressful process of moving unbearable. My partner and I both were extremely upset with our experience with Just Send It. I would not recommend hiring Chris Wilson anytime soon.
I had a really good experience with this company. The two folks who helped me were very strong and packed the truck so well. They were so helpful and got right down to business. They were a little rough with the furniture during the move, but went above and beyond to even help us unload a car that was full. Overall, I am so glad I went with this company & really appreciated the guys who helped me.
