  • It was not packed correctly at all. They told us that we had no more room in the truck so we had to rent another one. The movers we hired at our destination said we really didn’t need another truck. If it had been packed correctly, it would have all fit. On top of that, everything in our truck that they had packed had fallen forward. Boxes busted open, items were broken or crushed. They cost me approximately $1,000 more than I planned to spend on my move.

    I have all the proof of what the boxes looked liked in the storage before we touched anything. It was all posted to your order before we moved anything. We are sorry you are unhappy with this situation but we have all the proof of this.
