  Inexperienced younger worker needs a preceptor with experience to train him properly they were extremely slow My 20 year old daughter had to instruct them how to move the items and what to use to do it They did not know how to pack the storage unit at all We had to tell them how to do that too I believe my daughter and I loaded and unloaded more boxes than they did Then immediately after they were finished they sat in the car for several minutes in which there was a strong smell of weed that followed On a positive note they were very nice and courteous. We should be refunded the money I was charged for this service because it was anything but professional

  Hired professional movers so that we could focus our attention on packing. Moving our aging parents across the country. Working on limited time and making mulitple trips back and forth. Although the complany kept in good contact. They were an hour late. Did not bring any moving equipment. We hired two movers and only one showed up. The whole point of hiring movers was so that we would not have to do the heavy lifting. My husband had to help the mover. Which delayed out packing for our next trip. Mario who showed up was hard working and did the best he could with just one mover showing up. Would not hire again because of the lack of dependability. U-Haul was great about refunding our money to just one mover for 2 out of the 3 hours.
