• I requested the morning and they couldn’t make it until almost 3pm. Spoke little English. They took my dresser drawers out without asking and I had tapped the drawers so no one would open them. I had the frame for my bed ready for the mattress and they didn’t put the mattress on the frame they just left it in room. They had extremely bad body odor.

The move was completed successfully, all furniture was delivered safely, and no damage was caused to your belongings, walls, or floors. Regarding the dresser, it was fully loaded with drawers and heavy items. Carrying a loaded dresser upstairs is unsafe and significantly increases the risk of injury and property damage. For safety reasons, we requested that the drawers be removed or emptied, which is a standard moving practice. As for the mattress, it was delivered to the requested room. Before leaving, I asked multiple times whether anything else needed to be moved or adjusted, and I was told everything was done correctly and that you were satisfied with the service. I take pride in providing careful and professional moving services. While I respect your opinion, I believe this review does not accurately reflect the quality of work that was performed.
