    If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, they were 3 hours late. Then, they seemed to be on a rush, they started loading stuff without any thought in the most efficient ways to load. They packed the truck so poorly that they would tell us that everything wouldn’t fit. They started complaining about my husband to me. We happened to speak Spanish but it seems that’s the only language they knew. At the end we told them to leave. My husband rearranged a third of the truck and all of our stuff fit. Let’s see how much stuff is broken once we get to our destination because they drop a box and they mishandled the couch.
