    I tried to rate the delivery but an error occurred. I think Jay was very strong but when I paid for delivery I thought they were going to put the items in the rooms like when I hire a mover. Your advertisement also shows 3 people arrive for the move. My son and I had to move everything with Jay. The Bed, sofa and other items could never have been moved by one person. So that being said I think we deserve a refund. I am 76 years old and I was taxed from moving. I don’t blame Jay unless he was the one responsible for having enough people to help him. Very disappointed
