Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I made a 2 mover-2hour reservation for packing up a U-box for a cross-country move. 3 movers showed up for the job and they finished everything in a little over an hour! I really appreciate them doing magic with fitting my boxes and furniture pieces into the small space of U-box! One thing I wish that could have gone better was the wrapping of my furniture. However everything did arrive in good condition!
They loaded the moving truck. They did not adequately pad, carefully move, or thoughtfully stack things. Multiple pieces of furniture arrived broken and scratched. A box was crushed. One mover also complained constantly.
