• The movers were extremely slow, they would take 10 min inside the house to figure hiw to load the item then five min outside to figure out how to get it down 6 steps to move it 15 feet into the truck and take anither 10 min inside the truck. I had to get in the truck 2 times and rearrange the way they were loading it. It took 6 hours to load the truck and it wasnt even full. Had to call another moving service to unload the truck and it was done in an hour. Do yourself a favor and use someone other than Trells Helping Hand. I wish i could rate less than 1 star.

  I apologize you feel this way but as I said they tried to be careful with your items as they seemed more fragile and wanted to make sure not to break anything. The job took all together 4 in a half hours which you weren't charged the entire amount for your discomfort sir. If you'd like me to repeat it they were in the truck trying to move around each said items so they wouldn't be damaged when you are driving. Me and you agreed that they would only be moving you out after I asked 3 times if you wanted them to move you into your new home, so why wouldn't you getting another set of movers to move you in be wrong? I asked and communicated with you on numerous occasions either through your number if you wanted us to move you into your new home.

• The guys showed up on time. They worked like crazy even tho it was one of the hottest days of the year. Would definitely use them again!!
