They were very friendly, on time and hard working. They were not particularly prepared to handle the piano even though we had called out it’s existence when booking.

We pride ourselves as super men not Superman lol You ordered two men 4hrs for a four bedroom house and basemen with a players piano 700lbs. We had to take the piano down 12 steps and up a ramp and it was grandmas heirloom smh You said the size of a small organ so we was prepared for that. Lol You definitely under book manpower. We did it without a scratch. We deserve 10 stars for that one lol
