Two things ended up being broken during the move, one being partical board so thats understandable, the other being my big screen tv. Like 65 inch tv. When I reached out regarding it I initially stated it just is what it is and I was told no, the guys will need to come off of the tipe money at least. Not my words but the main business man stated that. No follow up after and I believe its because I didnt have enough money to tip them like I initially thought I would. Moving two homes in two days, u haul rental the damage from that leaking, plus having to replace my belongings. Communication on day 2 was horrible. I had to say and ask multiple times for things to go to where they needed too. And still find things I asked them to place downstairs welp not downstairs. Having a partial handicap makes it extremely frustrating. Note for the future. When they ask you if you care who the team is,say yes. Stick with the first team. I was intending on tipping next pay. Not any longer.
