• So, During her move, initially the movers were very helpful. However, when we arrived at the home we are moving to, a fight broke out between 2 of the maneuvers which led to a fistfight and inappropriate once the fight calm down, words being exchanged. One of the movers that was involved in the exchange said by the car the entire remainder of the time looking at his phone. This to say I was disappointed that 1 out of the 2 people involved in the fight was left working as I had paid for the crew, and felt it was extremely unprofessional to have a flight come to blows during working time.

  First and foremost, I want to personally apologize for the unacceptable experience you had during your recent move with us. What you described is deeply troubling and goes against everything we stand for at AZ Priority. We are truly sorry that your move, which should have been a smooth and stress-free process, was disrupted by unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. A physical altercation of any kind especially during a job is completely unacceptable, and we understand how upsetting and disappointing that must have been for you.Please know that we take this matter very seriously. The individuals involved in this incident have been immediately removed from our team, and we have reinforced our standards and expectations with all of our crews. We want to assure you that this type of behavior will never be tolerated under our name.Your experience does not reflect the care, respect, and professionalism we promise to every customer. Changes have been made and issues are resolved .
