The two gentlemen came to move our furniture well equipped. They came with straps which was helpful. They loaded the U-Haul truck quite well; overall, we had little damage to the furniture. They requested that my husband not assist with packing in the truck, which caused some stress because occasionally pieces lacked wrapping underneath or beside them to prevent rubbing—thankfully, the damage was minimal! They worked overtime BUT didn't inform us about additional charges ($180 per hour) and requested we pay them directly via e-transfer. We couldn't get a receipt for deductions this way, but for convenience-sake, we decided to go with it. They were on-time and did well, with only one dent in a door casing. Thank you, DS Movers!
