Two of the most professional and friendly young men, Desmond and Malcolm, arrived early and ready to go. And right behind them? Dad, the manager, with a cooler full of water to make sure everyone stayed hydrated. That kind of care and attention is rare. Desmond and Malcolm worked seamlessly together, and Dad didn’t hesitate to jump in and help. They had the entire truck unloaded in well under two hours, closer to an hour and a half.
