We drove for two days from Louisiana with a Uhaul full to be unloaded into our house we bought. We both have bad backs so wanted help. Picked this company because it said a small family owned business, so we wanted to support it. Well we received no phone call, no email or text saying you couldn’t make it. We waited for a couple hrs after arriving and then had to unload in the freezing cold wind and snow.
