  Showed up an hour and half late. Called to see where they were, one guy was at McDonald's and finally showed up reeking of weed. Did a pretty good job moving things but banged up furniture. One of my antique bedroom sets is all scuffed up and the knobs were completely bent into the wood. But very friendly crew.

  I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances! The crew arrived two hours late, and throughout the delay I was given a false explanation. Every call I placed to the office was deliberately declined and met only with a text reply. At no point would anyone speak with me directly. I was repeatedly told the crew was stuck in traffic. When the movers finally arrived, they disclosed that they had driven from Orange, NJ, a route that makes a delay of that length impossible. The explanation was dishonest from the start. The crew’s conduct was equally unacceptable. They were careless and unmotivated, dragging furniture across the floor rather than lifting it and handling my belongings with no regard for their condition. Multiple items were broken, scratched, or torn. When an item did not fit in the truck, they forced it in rather than repack it properly. I have never received service this poor. Avoid this company!

  Moving you to better

  This was a last minute two way move. I was messaged within 30 minutes of the reservation which was very reassuring. The two gentlemen arrived on time and worked quickly. Nothing was damaged and they were kind and courteous. Overall excellent move.
