  • The door frame, banister, scraps on walls, and bottom of my couch were damaged. I felt like there were a lot of times I did not see the movers and would look and find them on their phones or spending extra time in the moving trailer. I felt like more could have been accomplished in the 5 hours and had to ask them to move things otherwise they would stand around and not take initiative. Had to pay extra for exercise equipment.They did not have their own moving equipment.

  • Great experience, very understanding and helpful during a very stressful, and chaotic move. The main guy was extremely personalable and evidently experienced with all parts of moving evidenced by his help with some packing and prepping of furniture and other items for loading. He knew how to direct, lead, and take charge of a complicated endeavor. The load was packed well and easy to have unloaded. Many comments were made about how well it was packed by the unloading crew. He has good helpers as well that were courteous and listened well to directions and were able to move very heavy and awkward things quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Des Moines Metro Area and any other areas they service!

  • I confirmed 815-830 the day before, they arrived at 915. The young men were hard workers, but unfortunately they didn’t take the back off my couch and then drug it on the patio causing three tears in the fabric. I didn’t notice until after they left. Reached out twice in 2 days to the company for guidance on filing a claim and did not receive a response. My son had booked them for a move in a few weeks but will be changing movers after this horrible experience and communication. Do not recommend.
