    The person that text me to schedule the appointment misunderstood the load and unload locations and told me that the clock started ticking when the crew arrived at the unload address even though we were waiting for them at the load address. Thankfully everything was still completed in less time than I paid for or things could have gone wrong. The team arrived at the correct address and they did a great job! Just be sure you document when you provide details for your move in case you need to reference it.
