Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Daon and Omar were very helpful and efficient. They were great at understanding our needs, especially with moving unusual things such as our 2 aquariums. When we unexpectedly had to extend their services due to a complicated move, they were very flexible and able to accommodate us. It made a stressful move much less stressful and gave us peace of mind.
Seven hours late with extremely poor customer service! Received text message from Helpers stating that they were tied up on another job and that the owner would be contacting me to make alternative arrangements. No phone call was ever received from owner. Four hours after the originally scheduled move time, the owner communicated via text message that the helpers were en route. Three hours later, 7 hours past scheduled load time, Helpers arrived and loaded our truck. Do not recommend.
These guys are super diligent, avoid hitting corners, and communicate with you days before the move, and the day of the move when approaching location. I recommend this
