Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The 3 guys that helped us did such a great job helping us move our very complicated and heavy furniture. It turned out to be a much more difficult move then we were even expecting, but we couldn’t have done it without them! Also, great comms beforehand and timely arrival.
The movers are great, but the company's communication was the worst. I booked movers for an afternoon move, and I was clear that I needed movers for 1 PM. Then, the spokesperson of the company said, the movers will be there at 9,30 AM. After mentioning that it was not possible, the spokesperson mentioned that the movers will be there at 11,30. To cut the long story short, the movers showed up at 1,50 PM, because they were coming back from another job. I was waiting for them for nearly 2.5 hrs. I blame the company for such a bad arrangement. However, the movers themselves were great and they were careful with moving boxes and furniture.
