We had an excellent experience. Showed up right on time. In hot weather worked hard for 2 hours and loaded to near capacity our 14' truck. Moved 400 miles and nothing moved. Highly recommend.

That is false. A 5x8 for queen bed, box spring, dressers, tables, 7 big chairs...Heavy rocks, 40 thick metal shelves...balancing the weight for a safe tow & fitting took some thought. Under 2hrs btw..

Only one person showed up an hour late. Worked for a few minutes and left. Then came back later with another helper and worked about a half hour. My wife and I unloaded 95% of the truck. NEVER AGA

We were only 10 mins. after approx. time, & stayed 20 extra. Yes, I make quick check-ins with customers. This is better customer service. It's more direct, on-site updates. EMove requires it as well.

They did an amazing job packing my truck. I had a 26ft u haul and everything made the 650 mile trip without shifting. They even threw in an extra 15 min just to ensure the load was ok before I left.

I assure you, we moved it safe. Your unloaders must have spun the legs carrying it, or took them off for the door. Those kinds of curved legs need turned in a specific spot before anyone sits down.

That's Inaccurate - Their trailer was loaded horribly. The customer's father *Pryed* out furniture as I voiced concern on their unwrapped, old, hammy-down seats with sharp wood legs stabbing into it.

Very good service. Two individuals were timely, worked hard, actually finished about 15 minutes early. Moved from a 3rd floor apartment. No discouraging words at all. Very professional/competent.

I was not happy with the way my things were packed in my truck I had a 26 ft. truck and it was jam packed a few things were broken and I did'nt have Living room furinture some things got left.

We were told to leave the furniture. It was even loaded into a van while we were there. They packed poorly, making it hard to use the best care and efficiancy. "Packed" yes, so nothing more fit.

Good kids that busted their butts moving my SPA. But job was incomplete. I had tons of work left for myself afterwards. The packing was horrendous. I had to repack the storage room to make more room.
