I needed an additional small storage unit loaded onto my U-Haul as well as my 1 bedroom apartment. I communicated this beforehand and asked if this was possible and the guy said yes, just give them the address when they get there, or they’ll follow you there. When the movers showed up the next day, they didn’t know about stopping at the storage unit to load up, and informed me they would charge me extra to load up the unit as well. Therefore, my unit didn’t get loaded and I have to rent out another U-Haul and spend an additional day loading it, when I paid for it to be done that day. Furthermore, when the guy initially called me to schedule the move, he stated that if I had any issues during the move to give him a call. I’ve called 4-5 times now (both during and after the move) and have not received a call back. The movers themselves were quick, efficient and friendly.

This company and the movers were awesome. I requested help and they delivered way more than I expected I. All aspects. They contacted me several times before the day to better define needs and expectations from both sides (theirs and mine). On the day of the move they were early and came ready to work!
