• I appreciated that Dontay communicated well via phone and text leading up to the move, arrived on time, analyzed items that needed to be loaded into the U-Haul box, then explained how they would proceed with the packing. • Dontay at Concrete Moving is absolutely AMAZING! He made the nightmare of moving go so smooth and really saved the day for me! I hired Dontay to move my stuff into a U-Box on July 3rd, but lost my storage unit keys and had to hire a locksmith. Dontay was very flexible and communicated with me throughout the whole process to help me find a better time to move. He offered to move my stuff the next day even though it was a holiday. He finished the job by hisself in an hour and half which was incredibly impressive. I appreciated how considerate he was of my belongings and even helped me dispose of items I no longer wanted. I recommended Dontay to all of my friends in AZ for how professional, accommodating and efficient his services were. Cannot thank him enough!

• We agreed and confirmed on Monday July 25th for the helpers from Concrete Moving to come at 9:30 am on Tuesday, July 26th to help load. No one showed up at 9:30 am, no calls. When I called them, the guy said they were running late but could not provide me specific time frame. I didn't want to take a chance since we had to drive from Phx, AZ to Pasadena, CA. I told the guy to cancel the job and I found new helpers within 30 minutes. Around 11:20 am , (almost 2 hours later ) one person from Concrete came to my house and I told him that we canceled with his company already. With all the moving I just realized now that the guy texted me to cancel the job through movinghelp.com. Please kindly refund $126.00 I was charged. Thank you.
