• The 2 guys who showed up were great, they had the truck unloaded under 2 hours. This is the 2nd time we used them because they do a fantastic job.   You gave me a one star review after refusing to pay for the extra hour we stayed? You booked a full load with the truck half a block away and expected it to be done in two hours and you weren't ready at all to move. That's unreasonable, have a happy new year.

• This was an absolute nightmare experience. I called to see if they were able to pack a grandfather clock and was told yes. Then two kids show up to move and said they are not allowed to remove the weights and properly pack the clock. Not a huge deal, but then they packed a 16’ pod using only 2/3 of

  We wrapped and prepped the clock. It wouldn't fit in the pod you rented because the pod was too short and it wouldn't lay down safely. And they aren't kids. They have over 10 years experience combined and get nothing but great reviews, as our record shows. You failed to rent a suitable sized POD and blamed us for your failure. Otherwise it was a perfect load.

• The movers themselves were terrible. Visibly unhappy. Did not want to be there. They got in to a profanity filled argument with the owner of the company while using my cell phone in which the owner either fired them or they quit. They did not even work two hours of the 4 hours I had them scheduled for which meant that my husband and I had to finish unloading our household on our own. I spoke to the owner and he did not care. Only concerned with coming to get his equipment from the workers. Terrible experience!!

• The mover was supposed to be at my location at 5:00 pm. I called them and they said it was going to be another hour. I asked them to call and I'd meet them there. I texted to verify and they said it would be 7:30 on and would probably be too late. They offered to come Monday afternoon but I have to turn the truck in by morning. I am having to find someone to help at the last minute. If they had notified me they wwould be late or unable to do the job, I could have made other arrangements much earlier.   First of all nobody uses 200ft of rope in a load. Secondly, you provided only about 6 of your own blankets. I told you to have at least 2 dozen for your move. It's impossible to protect an entire load with 6 pads. And you refused to pay the entire piano fee and haggled with my crew about it and tried to have them lie to me about you having a piano. Next time get blankets and listen to the professionals that you hired.

• Moving helper told me that hey couldn't help because of hurricane Irma. He had false information about how an evacuation order works, stating that he wouldn't be able to get over the bridge to go home. I had him set up for 9 am for 3 hours. Evacuations were ordered to start at 3pm on Friday and you have 24 hours to evacuate. I showed him information from brevard county emergency operations center and the Florida today newspaper. He stated he could possibly help me later I. The afternoon. I personally believe he double booked and he wanted to push me it. However m you haul truck is due a k by noon. Now I am stuck trying to unload my truck without help.
