I hate to make such a bad review on their job since overall moving help experience was not too bad. However, they cracked my 65 inch TV during the move and refused to answer my claim. The TV was well wrapped and would not be damaged if they handled it correctly, but they decided to carry it by one person and most likely dropped from the corner. I tried to communicate with them both through claim center and via email asking if their insurance would cover at least the part of replacement cost, but they decided to ignore my messages. They could have avoided getting this rating by at least try to resolve the situation, but they chose to stop responding after first reply more than 10 days ago, I have to give them the lowest rating. If you plan to request a job with them, you should expect them to treat your stuff without care and not responsible with any damage they cause. Avoid letting them touch anything valuable or fragile.

I have tried to contact this company numerous times and at various times throughout the day and I do not receive any calls back. It is very disappointing when I just want to be proactive (as it states in the FAQ section) and schedule a time for the move. The calls go straight to voicemail and no one returns them. This has contacting issue has been going on for a week and it is not a difficult job or client at all. I would rather hire a company and just get a verified time, rather than not receiving a call and chancing that they will even show up the scheduled day.

The person who took my order took my money before he confirmed the time my mover could come to my house. Took my money and then could not get me the mover at my time needed, this was not right
