Tru Blu Muvers were awesome! They packed my uhaul box amazingly! Everything was cushioned and secured! They were able to fit a bedroom set with a king size mattress, 15 medium size boxes, and a bunch of other stuff, including three barstools and a trunk, safely in the box! I would highly recommend using them! They were extremely professional and time efficient! They definitely are experienced movers!

Well Betty this review is just for the movers, so we appreciate your kind words. I believe U-Haul only has 1 size of U-Box. You would need to check with them directly, it is unfortunate when you reserved with U-Haul there was a misunderstanding of the size of the U-Box.

Provided a knowledgeable third mover to compensate for two novice movers. However, overall job took more time and was less well packed than I hoped. The bill was about twice as high due to the necessary third mover. Tip was given in person ($20 each).

Unfortunately the guys didn’t live up to expectations based on reviews - they appeared to have been subcontractors and really didn’t know how to pack furniture and trailer - they did not wrap furniture in blankets and shrink wrap and I had plenty so a few pieces corners were chewed up.

My truck wasn't loaded as efficiently as I would have liked it. The back half was only packed half full and I had to load what was left in vehicles. It did end up making the trip. When asked to leave boxes until the very end, I found out they were packed in the middle with no way to reach them.

Sorry for your dissatisfaction Janell. My guys said they packed it tight and you only had to put one item into the back of your pick-up. In any case, when we pack a truck we have to pack boxes all the way through if we are going to use the space effeciently. Again, sorry you were not given 5 star service as we like to provide.

The moving helper stated that are not being paid to transport the ubox to destination and unload it. original order at uhaul has all the description about where to pick up the ubox and where to unload it. The moving helper was also not flexible with time and I didn't feel comfortable having them do it.

When I spoke with the company the owner and the movers each said two hours was more than enough time to load- it wasn't- they only loaded furniture and used the whole 20ft u haul- it was bad.
