• I was called 15 minutes after the move was scheduled to being saying that they would be late. Then, 15 minutes later, I was called saying that they got in an accident and could no longer come help. They told me I had to rebook through the company, which I attempted to do unsuccessfully and had to complete the move on my own. I want to be refunded the full 185.95 I have paid.

• When I called at 330 for a job scheduled for 1.30 (I waited a long time before calling because they day before they said it might take time to reach our job site), I learned from the dispatcher on the phone (John?) that, due to a mix up in the mover's office, our job got accidentally cancelled. John tried to get a crew to come out, but no luck. Eventually John himself came out on his own, which allowed me to get the job done. We paid him directly, and he said to cancel the job online, which I am no doing.

• Not good! We had boxes that were crushed and our things were not loaded well into our truck. Heavy items placed on light boxes, furniture was dropped on the stairs, and the movers complained all day.

  It was your friends that packed the truck and wouldn't take any advice on doing so. Also my men instead no help was needed to move furniture but your party instead & laugh when they dropped furniture
