• Absolutely awful experience they were here for 3 hours were rude and argumentative. Refused to move large cabinets and barely even moved anything! My brother in law moved 6x the amount they did in half the time by himself! We have now had to hire additional help because they did barely anything! Abs

  Sorry you feel that way. We were there for three hours, carried out 600 totes/ furniture. Refused to move a cabinet that was to big to remove. Loading 2 trucks will take more than 3 hrs. Thanks

  Sorry you feel this way, Unfortunatly when you pack dishes and valuables in plastic bags and laundry baskets, it is hard to protect. Furniture should be pad wrapped, you supplied us with none.

• They were nice men, polite and very strong but they did some strange packing ie leather recliner on side on top of a small box, packed empty milk crates, didn't use much of the wrapping foam etc

  packing foam was foam that a tv came wrapped in. Had tea towels as pads. couldnt load the pods her way, wouldnt get it all in the pods. Recliner had top off placed side ways to put couch cushions on.

• Dean and his partner were awesome! They completely unloaded a 20 ft truck in 3 hrs with no damage to the furniture or the walls of the house. They even carried a VERY heavy fireproof safe upstairs.

• To show up at 9am, they got here at 9:20am but did 2 hours which was not long enough. We had to do all the rest ourselves. Two things of my sons was broken. Did not read the boxes that were marked.

  I made arrangements it could be shortly after 9. I showed up at 910. Stayed till 11:20. We ended up moving items to storage first. That's what took so long. Boxes were already loaded when we arrived.
