We had a confirmed time for 3 movers but they showed up 1.5 hrs late. One of the guys who arrived was injured and told us he would be unable to do any lifting. One of the other movers was a 14 year old who was training though I'm not sure he wanted to be- then got injured soon after starting and sat in the car. The other 2 movers worked hard while they were working; however, they did take breaks that were in excess (over 15 min) to smoke and sit in car. We were dissatisfied that we really only had 2 workers moving and there was extreme damage to our new house (walls are black, banged, scraped from boxes and furniture). Instead of trying to finish the job (we were left with 1.3 the truck at 4 hours) they wanted more money then had the manager call demanding their code for the full amount or have us arrested. I should add that the guys who loaded the truck had no issues and they had more to do- and came from a 3 story condo in 4 hours. Zero customer service- would NOT recommend.

Company called immediately and confirmed time and location. Hired two men for 5 hours. An older gentleman that smelled like alcohol and two teenagers showed up. Dropped and broke an armoire, gouged the ceiling and scraped the walls. Company representative called and said that my guy was not being professional towards his and that he was told my guy caused the damage, but I had an on-site project manager that watched this happen as well as stood with our client and heard their guy scream the f-bomb 5 or 6 times after dropping the armoire. Worst experience I've had hiring on movinghelp.com.

This view is inaccurate this was another moving company that requested our service I had my foreman which yes is a older gentleman a 30-year-old and my son which is being trained to be a foreman on a two man 5-hour job so they got three guys it was reported to me that there guy that they brought out calls damage to the property and was in a process of pushing items on top of my guys going down the stair hurting my guy so when I call to find out what was going on to their supervisor they're trying to flip flop it and I got pictures to prove their guy did the damage and the complaint was made against him this is inaccurate

Really great! They work quickly and protect your furniture. Even though they were not notified of the move by moving helper they were very accommodating, friendly and flexible. I would use them again.

They ran hour late, but it didn't take them the 2 full hours to pack everything. They even followed me to Home Depot when we realized I didn't have twine to secure the load. Overall good experience.

Our move from Bradenton to Sarasota went great. Devon and Lionel did a wonderful job. They were both courteous, friendly and busted their butts getting things done. Great job!!

We had some trouble with our date of delivery from out of state. Tim Clark was very accommodating and told me he would clear his schedule anytime I was ready for him to deliver and off load the goods

Unprofessional, brought "friends" who have no experience moving belongings, commented about working until 2am, hurting himself on a previous job, doing this for 12 years, etc. - I told them to leave

Not impressed with Moving Helper. I had to rebook because the first contractor never answered their phone. Rescheduling was a pain, and they had to credit me and recharge me. Overcharged for travel.

Cons: Were late (2 hours). Couldn't get a hold of them. Weren't dressed to move. Pros: Worked diligently. Got everything done in 3 hours. Didn't take a break. Made last hour free bc they were late.

These guys were awesome! After my first movers left me hanging, these guys came out at midnight after working all day to carry every heavy thing I own up the stairs! They were worth every penny!
