• The date for the job was wrong which was partly my fault. So the helpers agreed to the corrected date. Then they asked if they could delay the start time 1.5 hours which made me have to change the truck reservation. But in the end everything worked out ok. Since they finished the job in less than the 2 hour set time I tipped them in cash. I would probably use them again for lightweight work.

• Extremely fast and great packing, which was awesome because we were on a real time-crunch! Couldn't have asked for a better job! Our move was very hectic in many ways, so the fact that our movers did such great work was a massive relief. We tipped in cash at time of service.

• A lot of my furniture was filthy after they unloaded it. Even though they were offered things to wrap the furniture in. They said it’s fine. Loud music playing from his phone the entire time. Rude to my sister and a friend who were only asking questions. I paid for 2 hours on each end of my move but they only worked 1.5 on both ends. Not impressed and would not recommend.

• When the movers showed, the man didn’t indicate who he was, I had to ask.As we began discussing where the best place was to park the UHaul, we have 3 doors to the house & wanted to get movers’ input to accommodate the best we could.When he suggested backing the HUGE truck into the yard up to the house, my mother & I weren’t ok with that because it had been rainy for days and we already had to fill holes in the yard. The man instantly got irate and made statements-‘I’M NOT ABOUT TO ARGUE, YOU ONLY GOT ME FOR TWO HRS, I GOTTA BE AT ANOTHER JOB, YOU WANT MY HELP OR NOT, YOU GONNA GIVE ME THE KEYS SO I CAN MOVE THE TRUCK OR NOT?!’ He became irate instantly just from me trying to have a simple, needed discussion to even get started. We had no other choice but allow them in our home because I’m pregnant & could not handle the maneuvering with my mom. Uncomfortable and felt unsafe in my own home from shocking unprofessionalism. Left four MAJOR items for us to move ourselves.

• Do not use best movers very rude and unprofessional. If I could give them a big fat 0 I would.They put a lock on my uhaul box when I called to get the combination I was cussed out and lied too, they told me they did not put a lock on both boxes, when we stood there and watched them put the locks on. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!

• Best Movers scammed me out of my moving code and did not complete the service that I paid for, leaving me with a loaded moving truck sitting outside a storage facility for hours while I found another mover. Best Movers loaded my truck but never came to unload it, leaving me stranded and forcing me to pay another moving service double the fee due to last minute nature of the request. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

• I felt they were a little standoffish at first, but were better after about 10 minutes. I chalked it up to it being 90 degrees and them having already done a job. They were fast, efficient, & professional. I paid for 2 movers but got 3, they were finished neoprene the 2 hours were up. Definitely recommend them!!!!

• Did the move as requested but went fast and some of our items were scratched and legs broken. Not very personable and when we tried to tip them at the end, they sped off rudely, didn’t say anything after we thanked them for what they did in 2 hours. We did have to finish several things but they at least moved the heavy items that we specifically asked to move.

• If I could give 10 stars, I would- I can't believe how much the two gentleman were able to get done for us in just 2 hours! They were on time, happy to help, and went way above and beyond. I am so grateful for their hardwork. As a family of 5, we have a lot of stuff! They loaded every large item, and LITERALLY every single box in the two hours they were here. They were on time, friendly, accommodating, and professional. I am so thankful for the service we received today. Just wow!

• The lead girl reeked of smoke, the other 2 dudes bitched the whole time about having to work while one of them had a large hunting knife on his side. When my wife committed on it he stated you never know when you will need it. This was less than an hour move. For $300 plus. I would look elsewhere for your help loading or unloading.

• Their professionalism was not that good. They had an attitude at points throughout the move. They changed my appointment at the last minute to an earlier appointment and weren’t even on time for that appointment. They did get everything loaded and unloaded quickly and carefully which I really do appreciate. But overall the experience was not like I thought it would have been.

• Outstanding movers- efficient and professional. Overall a wonderful experience. However, they used a dolly to move furniture up one flight of stairs and tore chunks of fresh paint and chunks of wood out of our painted wooden staircase on each point of impact of the dolly with the staircase. There are symmetric areas of damage going up every single stair on the staircase which correlate with the width of the dolly and the step by step lifting mechanism that was used by the movers. I have pictures of the extensive damage if needed. We would like a form of repair payment for the damage done to the stairs if possible. The movers are aware of this damage and were apologetic.

• ripped me off for $170 I contacted them after the initial reservarion made with Uhaul and said I might need more time. They told me to bring $170 cash the day of my move and ask for it shortly after they started. I paid because I didn't want to be without help. They finished the job in 2 hours like initially scheduled but still ask for the code to be paid by you. There was a woman with the two workers I contracted and she did all the talking. She said I had to give her the code because that was the contracted arrangement. These people are ripping people off and I want to be reimbursed for the 170.00 cash I gave them on moving day. I expect someone to get back in touch with me. I ask her to give me the $170 back and she refused.

• He came in and walked through my apartment and went to his truck. While I was putting my soda cushions in garbage bags he sent the lady with him to tell me that I need to reschedule when I’m better prepared. I don’t know how much more prepared I can be. She asked me if I could do another day. I told her no I have the Uhaul for today only.

• They called and said they would be on time and showed up 20 minutes late. They never introduced themselves and put their music on blast in the moving truck. My husband and I had two oversized items (that we were moving ourselves in order not to pay them to move) and instead of asking us they simply took one item in and then said they didn’t realize we had that item and it costs extra to move it. To which I told them that my husband and I intended to move the oversized item and they should have asked one of us if they were unsure (neither one was outside when they brought that item in). The two men also started arguing with each other and after 45 minutes of work I paid them and told them they could go because I just wanted them out of my home. I have never had such a poor experience with movers.

• I hated them. I had 2ppl for 3 hours to move out my 2-bed apartment and just barely almost completed the job. I had 0 oversized items. One guy had complained that his hand was hurting from the previous job and I ended up helping most of the job. Not good guys, not good at all

• Rarely will I ever leave a bad review but the guy that came used profanity openly in front of my wife and the woman helping him. This is highly unprofessional. Other than that he seemed irritated to be unloading boxes. I could be way off on this one but he was okay with the heavy furniture. He literally complained openly the whole time he was here. The woman worked diligently the whole time and just needed guidance to where everything was going. Admittedly some of our boxes were not marked but for the most part they were.

• Before we even started, the mover was extremely rude to me when I expressed frustration over them being late and he threatened not to do the job at all. The entire move he was rude towards me, mocked me at times and made snide comments. Yes, my items got moved but his terrible attitude was really upsetting to me. Left my dining table on its side - there are now dents in the corners of that, two chairs and the edge of my dresser. I chose this company based on good reviews, but wouldn't recommend based on the rude, threatening, horrendously unprofessional behavior.

• The job was small; however, this team tried to get the job done quickly and it was haphazardly done. We were done in less than 30 minutes, but I had the movers reserved and paid for two hours. If they had taken just a bit more time and care, they would have been done in 45 minutes easily. I watched as they rushed and turned my mini fridge on its side, so they could put it on a dolly and conveniently roll it off the truck, but then they let it fall off onto the concrete. Rather than gently lifting things they frequently slid furniture around in, which caused the bottoms of furniture to get scuffed and scraped - one section had the finish completely stripped off of a leg. I found remnants of adjustable feet that had shattered in my unit and there was nothing in the truck or in the unit before they moved items in. I was very disappointed in this service. The movers were very communicative and notified us of an exact time that they would arrive, though.

• This was a down right, absolutely abysmal experience communicating with this company. Two individuals showed up with incredible attitude the morning of the unload. The proceeded to express major frustration due to the fact that they were unloading rather than loading. While I was relocating the moving truck to get better access, the two movers jumped in their car without saying a word and drove away. This left me and my partner in a horrible scenario with our move and forced both of us to take the next day off of work to complete the unload.   Yes you called me the day of the move asking to confirm that we were still moving but I sent a text earlier that week and spoke with you on getting details in order to confirm for the day of the move. Yes we were 15 min late to unload and still moved your items in under an hour. During the move, yes dresser drawers were removed because no in their right mind moves dressers filled with clothes to a third floor apartment without a dolly. • I just talked to them on yesterday, I should have know from the way the your fellow answered the phone something would be wrong. Not professional at all. When you move from state to state you want it to be as painless as possible. This was not good. Then you are made to pay upfront of which is not good since it takes 3-5 days for a refund from UHAUL. • This company shattered the glass to my friend's pickup truck while moving, refused to pay for the damage, said they are "not licensed" and "not insured," lied about what happened. We're out $250.

• One of them did not want to talk with us, and they put one of my boxes in the public stairs to hold the door which was left there after they left.

• Showed up 45 min. late. Got the 2 hr job done in 1 hr though. They served their purpose and moved our large heavy items. However, when moving the smaller boxes they would throw them into the truck.

• Arrived late (called after they were already thirty minutes late); poor attitude; didn't listen, needed lots of direction; chipped furniture and washing machine; didn't seem to know how to load things
