• Very kind and communicative. They called me on multiple occasions to discuss their arrival and to make sure that I was ready. • Stephen and his crew were very professional and were able to quickly move us out with a limited truck rental time on a holiday weekend. He communicated the move's needs shortly after reserving and checked in again a few days before the move to confirm. The crew had the truck amazingly organized and even had a few extra moving supplies that we were short on (e.g., wrapping some drawers on furniture, a couple extra moving blankets) to help everything go smoothly.

• Steven and the guys were great for our very long moving day that included snow, rain, sun and wind. They moved 2 apartments worth of stuff into 1 house. The stairs in the new house were especially tricky, but we managed to get some large and heavy pieces up them. They even brought their own moving blankets and helped rewrap a few items to help prevent damage. All three movers were friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely use them again for our next move. Highly recommend.

  Being a pros mover my resp is to protect/secure all items and furn. To get job done safely I packed some pcs. of furn. in my pick up when truck ran out of space. By doing everything arrived safely.

  Thanks for your feedback. Helper was a little under the weather. Constantly working towards improvement and will consider backup helper in cases like this in the future.
