• Giermo and Cedre were the very best moving team I have ever worked with! They were super fast, and skillfull, quickly helping me move from one apartment to another. In five hours they moved my belongings to a new apartment and stored some of my posessions in a storage building. They handled everything from antique furniture to a heavy fridge without any worry of damage. If you want the job done right the first time, these are the guys to use. They made helpful suggestions, manuevered heavy furniture easily, and made the whole experience easy.

• My moving help was 6 hours late and put our move back tremendously, communication was terrible and I would only have known my help would be 6 hours late because I was assertive and called multiple times! I was given 3 different times that they supposedly were going to be there and each time was delayed! Once the movers got there they worked hard but I was very disappointed at the delay in our moving day!

Today is two days later and I’m nit comfortable with this outfit.

• Excellent service. The two men that assisted me were really nice. They worked hard, did a great job packing the truck and were able to get way more in the truck than I was expecting. Everything they loaded made it 1300 miles with no damage. I was really pleased with the service.

• Eddie was great and communicated the ETAs well. Definitely book directly with the movers however. They will have better pricing and UHaul is only getting money for making a phone call. Not worth booking with moving help.com and movinghelp.com customers support is a complete joke and nonexistent.

• Hired a two person moving crew yet only one person would work at a time while the other relaxed outside. This occurred both during the loading and unloading process. I had to directly request that they work simultaneously and when I followed up the owner (a 19 year old who was one of my movers) claimed it was more efficient to have someone stand in the truck while it was being loaded but could offer no explanation as to why it occurred during the unload process. He then proceed to ignore my concerns and ask why I started a claim through the app instead of calling his personal number to discuss. To top it off they called me ten minutes before my scheduled time to tell me they could not make it and had to reschedule for the next day. Luckily I hadnt picked up my uhaul yet as that expense would have been on me as a direct result of their lack of communication and planning. The move was not completed due to really only having a one person crew.

  All of this is incorrect since I have been the owner for over 9 years that means he would only be 10 years old I do believe you were just wanting a full refund which then I explained why I didn't become aware until a day after requesting a full refund we did say within your time and the call you received was a day prior to your move we have notes and pictures of the move

• I cannot say enough good about this crew. I arrived a day early and they were able to accommodate by coming a day early to unload my trailer. Communication was perfect, they had a breakdown on the way to me and called to say they would be late, but still arrived before they estimated. All said, I was unloaded and in about 45 minutes and I could not be happier. Do not hesitate to use this company for your help.

• The reservation, #35828AAE was made for the afternoon of Wednesday June 29. On June 28th, I spoke with Eddie to confirm they would, in fact, be there on June 29th. He confirmed they would be there as long as they could arrive before 3PM. I agreed. On June 29th, at 12:40 PM, Eddie called and advised would not be able to arrive until 9AM on June 30th. I advised I would get back to him, and at 7:49PM on June 29 I telephone him and left a voice-mail that we had to make other arrangements to unload today, June 29th and we would not need his services at 9AM on June 30th. I am very unhappy.

• The Moving Helper failed to contact me. When I called on the morning of the need date (9/20) they stated 4 calls were made and voicemails left. I use a service for voicemail that always retains voicemails and communicates to me when a voicemail has been left. No voicemail was left by the Moving Helper. They also indicated a text was sent, however, text messages are not a viable option. The Moving Helper stated they would not be able to help me because I didn't call them and attempted to put the responsibility on me, which is not appropriate given there was no voicemail left for me to respond to.

• So the gentlemen who executed the move were great, but whomever does the scheduling was horrible. They were supposed to arrive sometime around 1 pm but didn't arrive until after 9 pm. 8 hours late is unacceptable, that messes up all plans and can end up costing more for the truck etc.

• Worst experience ever! The mover never reached out so I contacted them days before. Then they said they couldn't come in the morning as scheduled so they pushed me back until late afternoon. Then the night before moving day at 8 pm they said they probably wouldn't make it! Everywhere else was closed so I was left trying to find a mover on the morning I wanted a mover. Which doesn't work. They also informed me they had pushed all their clients back a day during this two day period. Talk about irresponsible and incompetent! There was no remorse or compensation or even arrangements to come a day late so I found someone else and am a day behind for my move. Infuriating!
