• Moving company contacted me and expressed I needed more movers and possibly 3 more hours to move. It was a three bedroom apartment to another 3 bedroom apartment. I've moved a lot and never had to use 4 movers and it took 6 hours. I'll just higher a company, like I have for over 20 years of moving in the Military, that feels they can work efficiently and effectively without trying to scam me for more money.

• We hired them to move 2 items only as they were heavy and tough to navigate into a service elevator. Had to pay a minimum of 2 hours for labor, only took them 15 minutes. I think the workers were looking for a tip but I honestly didn't feel the need since it was 15 minutes worth of work.

• We scheduled the movers and truck on June 23 via the Uhaul site. As of today, we still haven't heard from South Point Movers at all. We've called twice and no answer. Not going to wait until the last minute to hear from this company. Having everything scheduled, providing good communication and customer service, and being on time is extremely important for us, since we are moving to another city - time is of the upmost importance! I'm cancelling with South Point Movers and choosing service from another company that can provide better communication/customer service and give us peace of mind to have a smooth moving day.
