• Received a confirmation phone call shortly after booking and confirmed on the day of the move our timing. Guys were extremely helpful and noted any concerns right away (student furniture had some scuffs well in advance of the move). They took direction extremely well and after everything was moved in, they offered to move furniture to a new or better location.

• Dave & assistant unloaded much faster than expected! They unloaded what they packed with the same care in which they loaded it! Great men to work with, honest, decent, hardworking, respectful! Highly recommend this moving service!

• 1 hour late. Put small stuff in first and then had to do weird things to get furniture in. I could have done a better job with a friend. Damaged a few pieces of my furniture. They were nice but that’s not enough. I needed professional movers and they were not that!

  Really expected us to put a 1 bedroom apt in 6×9 trailer so it's self explanatory from there and we were 1 hour late but kept in contact with him during the hour

• I called and left a message there was no follow up. I had to call favours on Sunday afternoon and find and PAY$ to strangers in unknown city! We got the job done as I had to retrun the UHaul by 6 pm. Very disappointed! No courtesy to inform me that they cannot for some reason. He talked with me before the weekend, took the address and promised to be on time. I am very disappointed with the whole arrangement! Expecting the whole refund of $225. It cost me $300 Canadian
