Job was scheduled by my neighbor for his move; I was helping by loaning him the use of my card. This was one of 3 or 4 Moving Helpers jobs we scheduled that week. After he scheduled and paid for this job, he couldn't reach them or they couldn't make it, I'm not sure which; but the result was he scheduled a different crew that same day, also through Moving Helpers, and they completed the job that day. To be fair, he scheduled this on a Sunday morning, for a crew he needed that same morning, so I'm not at all surprised he couldn't get them on such short notice. I'm really surprised he didn't cancel this, but the charge isn't on his card so maybe he wasn't aware of the need to cancel under these circumstances. Thank you for your help.

We had scheduled for 1 p.m. they texted at 11 a.m. that they were running behind. I told them that was fine just let us know what we were looking at. When they didn't respond I asked for an ETA. When they didn't respond I called left a message about whether it would be 30 minutes or 3 hours. I told them our plan was to delay picking up the truck an hour and a half and hopefully that would work they would meet us at the first address. I texted when we were done with loading asking that they meet us at the second address. I texted and told them never mind we are done with unloading. They have not called or texted since 11 a.m. very disappointed that they didn't bother to respond all day had to do it ourselves what a waste of time booking helpers.
