• They scuffed and tore up three sofas and recliner in multiple spots. I even had the furniture wrapped in plastic and they removed it and tried to shove it through the smaller garage door instead of the front door, even when we told them it wouldn't fit. When I tried to remedy it online, they requested photos before the move, after the move, and while on the U-Haul. I sent them pictures (except for on the U-Haul because I never would have dreamed that would be required). They still denied responsibility and made no effort to fix anything. I would never use this company again.

• They loaded up a 10X10 storage unit into our truck FAST! When there was an issue later, they came back and corrected the issue...no charge!! I have used these guys 3 or 4 times now and will ALWAYS recommend them and call on them again when needed. Just great folks.

  There are 2 parts to every move. You packing and preparing your items to move and us showing up on time and doing a professional, efficient job.We held up our end so I don't understand this review.

• Mark and his team were great! I was moving from another state and ran into a few challenges that pushed my schedule behind but that didn't phase Mark and his team! They waited patiently for me and even put my bed together so I could get some much needed rest after a long day.
