• I originally scheduled 2 hours for a load of a 1 BDR apartment. However, we ran into a few issues and it ended up taking another 2 hours. The guys were kind and accommodating and I paid for the extra time. Always schedule more time for load-ins!

• I am very dissatisfied with this company. Movers took two additional hours to complete the job, increasing my cost by $240. Movers did not show up on time. One mover reeked of alcohol. The same mover didn’t handle my items with care. I have noticeable damage to my walls, furniture, and missing parts.

Moreover, they took great care with my daughter's furniture, and were very upfront with any concerns they had about what to load and how to load it. I was so impressed with how efficiently they were using the space that I took a picture. • My experience with SeaSide Movers was excellent! Alan and Jay did a fantastic job from start to finish, answering any questions I had about getting the truck loaded safely and securely for my out-of-state move and then handling everything with care as they moved it from my apartment onto the truck. • Will and Allen did an incredible job. They were efficient, professional, kind, and took good care of my stuff. I had booked them for 3 hours, but they completed everything in 2, including retrieving all my stuff from a 2nd floor storage unit and carrying everything up stairs to a 3rd floor apartment. They were an hour late due to car issues, but this was out of their control and they got straight to work when they arrived. They also brought dollies and moving blankets despite this not being guaranteed. Nick was also very understanding and kind with helping me change my booking from 3 to 2 hours after the move was completed.

• Will was very helpful and did his best given the situation. Unfortunately there was someone with him that was a trainee. I would recommend sending the standard number of people plus the trainee. Because this was the persons first job, he needed a lot of coaching and hand holding which delayed the loading of the locations.
