• Everything was great until the day of our move and I'm so disappointed about this review. They showed up with an additional person (4 instead of 3) that they expected me to pay for without asking me if that was okay but they were rude and defensive about it when I said I wasn't paying for an extra person. Honestly, the older man they brought shouldn't have been brought as the 3rd person I actually paid for. The truck was packed good but with zero consideration for my boxes labeled fragile and glass. So many of my show dishes (including China given to me as a gift) that I've had for over 20 years are broken smh and I've moved a lot and pack these meticulously so for these to be broken now, I'm heartbroken because they meant a lot to me.

  Customer was accommodated several times rescheduling her job last minute at her request part because her truck rental was canceled and part because she was not ready with the packing. Customer was offered extra help based on job description she provided. As a result, customer did not schedule enough time for the job to be competed and completed the loading of the truck herself.

• I schedualed the help for moving from 1pm till 4 pm... the workers showed up after 230 pm and didn't move any furniture. My family and friends did all the moving so I told them we had already finished the job before they arrived. I asked if they would help put bed frames and table legs onto tables to help and I would still pay- they left 5 minutes after that while I went get a pizza and drop off the ihaul I rented. I informed the supervisor I wasn't going to pay for no work done and she threatened to terrorize my mom at her new residence.

  Thank you for your review. A third worker was sent in order to accommodate client's needs. Client requested a narrow window to complete the job due to the scheduled return of his rental. Regarding bumping walls and ceiling, nothing was damaged. The hallway and ceiling to 2nd floor were too narrow and too low for the size of the mattress requested to place on second floor.

• The movers were prompt, however the packing of the things onto the Uhaul truck was poor and inexperienced. I still had things to pack after they left but no space. Rearranged it and still charged xtra
